Got premium for the first time but first free month did not activate, what should I do?

Thanks for letting me know.

Users only qualify for the 30 days trial when they use a recurring payment method (such as PayPal, Credit Card).

Paysafecard is a non-recurring prepaid payment method so you unfortunately didn't qualify for the trial.

Thanks for you answer @Maxim, just one more question. If i will pay with, let's say PayPal, now, will I get the trial?

No because the trial is only available to users who haven't had Premium before.
