My premium account doesn't work. The payment is all done. And I have logged out and in again. But it still doesn't work. What now?

Hi, I just paid 0,99e for premium for 3 months and I still have spotify free so I paid it again and spotify take another 0,99e and still nothing ... Can you please finally activate my premium? I hope I didn't waste my money for nothing .... thank you

Let's troubleshoot to make sure you don't have a duplicate account. Please check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

If you've tried all the steps above, please click here. Spotify will then take you through a survey to point you in the right direction.
