I have been paying for premium family plan and I'm not getting the service on my phone.

Hi @michele7901, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Just to confirm, are you able to use the Premium service from a different device? If so, it's possible that you accessed a second Free account on your phone.

 

From your phone, we'd like you to log out from the Spotify account. Then, try to log in again with the username of the account that you used to set up the Premium for Family plan. We suggest that you use your username and not your email address when you try to log in.
