Hi guys,

I have just bought premium for 5.99 EUR/month but I would like to buy premium with student discount 2.99EUR/months. Is it possible to change my subscription now?

Hello,

You can change your Subscription plan now, and get charged the discounted price in the next month. Your Premium plan is valid until a month from now and you can only be charged then.

But I am not sure what should you do, if you want to change your plan immediately. That would mean requesting a refund to which these rules apply.
