I have been charged for premium and I don’t have premium 

I just use the free subscription 

how do I go about getting my money back please

We're sorry to hear that this is happening. We'd first recommend making sure you haven't signed up for Premium with a different account by trying to log in with any details you tend to use online.


You can also ask your friends and family if they've used your payment details. If so, they can cancel any subscription following the steps here


If you're still being charged for a Premium subscription after checking the above, we'd recommend reaching out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to take a look at the payments and continue with the help.
