Superuser Contribution [Mobile][Other] Spotify duo only allows me to pay via Vodacom, not via card. Is this normal?

I'm trying to subscribe to the premium duo plan, but the only payment option is via Vodacom. There's is a card option visible but clicking it redirects me to payment via Vodacom. Is there a way to subscribe via card payment?
