My Question or Issue

The premium was paid on January 10th, so I canceled it because I was surprised, so the premium was not paid. But I should use it while I pay.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, were you charged for the Premium price on the 10th of January? If you did and then canceled your subscription, you should still be able to use Premium for the month you payed, as you mentioned.

 

Can you check if there is a receipt for this payment in your receipts page? You can also find more info about this issue here.
