Problem Cancelling Premium Subscription

Hello!

I am unable to cancel my subscription because my login information has been lost. I still have access to my account via my mobile app, however Spotify does not allow you to make changes or cancel your subscription via the mobile app - WHICH IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING BTW.

The email associated with the account is from 7 years ago and I have forgotten it. I have been logging in automatically for years (because the passwords are all saved to auto-fill) but now that I have a new laptop I have no way to access the account associated with my Spotify. 

Please help me find a solution to this issue. If Spotify can tell me which email is associated with my username, then I can try to get access to that email and finally update my information. One way or another, I need access to my account.

*Most service providers are able to send you verification codes to your phone, and other such processes to help with these situations. Spotify just seems to leave you in the dark with these issues, no direct customer service # or anything. "Contact our forum and wait for a response". Very disappointing service for a long time customer.*

You can start off by checking these steps out. That way you can find the username. Then you can go here and log in with the username and your password. After that you can update your email address.
