Problem changing payment method

My Question or Issue
Greetings everyone,
I was sent a notice that Spotify users from the Philippines including me, with premium plans paid through Globe (a mobile carrier), will be discontinued this July 31. Luckily, there's another option to pay through another carrier (Smart Communications), which is something I have.
However, if I proceed with the payment method change, put in my new phone number, and wait for the PIN to confirm it, I have never received any SMS or text messages from Spotify; hence I cannot change my payment option. I already tried looking at the filtered messages by Spamhound and it wasn't there. I always double checked my phone number in the input field before proceeding, and I also tried asking for the PIN several times this week, both on the Edge browser of my iPhone and on my laptop, to no avail.
Spotify will discontinue the Globe payment method this month; so I'm worried that I might get discontinued from my plan, that is if I don't do anything about it. That's why I have to ask you guys if you have any ideas on how I could deal with this problem, and hopefully, someone will respond so that we can settle this issue on time.
