Problem subscribing to Premium

Hi all,

 

Everytime I put my card details in, it says " Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."

 

Can someone help me please?

I get somethibg similar. It just says Oops there has been a problem, so I can't subscribe to Premium. It seems spotify doesnt want my money?

Have you tried adding your caerd details via a different web browser, device, or an incognito window? Clearing your internet browsing history is super helpful, too. How does that help?
