Problem with Account

Hey, so I've had the premium account for over a year now and my payments always come out on the 12th of each month, but it didn't come out this month and now my account has gone back to the free one. It doesn't even give me an option to get the premium anymore, can someone please help me get my music back!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

If there was a problem with this moth's payment you should've received an email notification about it. Let's make sure the email address linked to your Spotify account is correct by logging in here.

 

Also, you can make sure you don't have multiple accounts that could be causing this issue following this troubleshooting.

 

If you can't see the option to get Premium on the website, try using a different browser or an incognito window. If you're using a mobile device to sign up for Premium, you can also try getting it on a desktop or laptop.
