Spotify premium

Spotify premium

So, I went onto my Spotify account today to notice my premium has been taken off. I normally pay via my phone contract but when I go to re pay for it via this it tells my number is blocked?

I'm unsure and really confused someone help me?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly help you out.

 

The best thing to do, since your Premium account is set up through your service provider is to get in touch with them.

 

Right now, we can't manage third party subscriptions, this also includes cancelling or restarting the subscription through your service provider.

 

If your account just went back to Free, they'll need to help you set the Premium subscription back up.
