I have paid for Spotify premium 6.99 euro,but I didn't want to do it. My problem is connected with account spotify. I have registrated from e-mail address and paid for trial period 0.99 euro,but now I can't to log in with e-mail address, because I don't remember the password, and when I tried to change it there is written that I should do it with Facebook account. The problem is if i change my password on the Facebook account,I log in with my Facebook account not with my email address. So,all in all I tried to unsubscribe from spotify premium,but it writes I should do it with my account from which I has paid already. But I cannot log in to unsubscribe! I would like to get my money back, because I didn't get the spotify premium!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
