Problem with payment

Hi,

 

I received a notification which said that there is a problem with the payment of my premium account and that I should change my payment information.

It's a family account and my dad manages it, he is currently very busy and I don't want to bother him with this problem right now.

 

Do you have an idea what the problem might be? Maybe the expiration date of the mastercard? And also, it says that the premium account will remain active for a few days, how long is this exactly because I am having a party in a couple of days?

Hey,

Welcome to the community!

A payment problem may include lot's of things such as expiration of a credit card, insufficient fonds, a banking error, etc. 

Spotify will try to make the payment again in a few days. If it's just an bank/connection error it will be just fine, but if it's a problem with the card you will have to update the payment option.

Your account will be automatically downgraded in abaou one weeks time so your party should be lit... But try stealing a moment from your dad's time and ask him to review the payment options.
