Hi,
I received a notification which said that there is a problem with the payment of my premium account and that I should change my payment information.
It's a family account and my dad manages it, he is currently very busy and I don't want to bother him with this problem right now.
Do you have an idea what the problem might be? Maybe the expiration date of the mastercard? And also, it says that the premium account will remain active for a few days, how long is this exactly because I am having a party in a couple of days?
