Problem with payments

Hi

I have problem with my account. The main problem is that i bought the spotify premium version about 4-5 months ago and since that day i can't see that i am a premium member on my website. I can't also cancell my payments because the page can't see that i have premium. About the app everything is going on normaly and i can listen to music like premium member.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
