Hi, i have a problem with premium Duo, bought it twice but Spotify tries to give me premium and charge only for 19,99 not for 24,99 and i must do supscription for Duo every month and cannot see the second person of my Duo. Please help with that.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, you tried to subscribe to Premium Duo, but you got the standard Premium plan, right? If you're not sure about it, you can check your receipt history on your account page. After checking this out, let me know.
