 Previously, I used the student offer, but for some reason my offer changed to regular premium, I tried to switch to a student but I was told that this offer has already been used, although I have been using this offer for 2 years, how could I solve this problem

Thanks for the post.

 

Sorry to hear that this has happened.

 

Most likely your student discount has expired and your subscription was automatically switched to Premium Individual. 

 

After you tried to activate your new discount, you should have received a confirmation email from SheerID with instructions inside. Can you check your mail for that? It could be in the Junk/ Spam folder as well.

 

You should follow the instructions in the email to finish the activation of the discount. If you're having trouble with that you can reach out to the support team from SheedID who'll help you further.

 

Note that you might have accidentally activated the discount on another Spotify account with a similar email address or one created via Facebook. I'd recommend checking that you're logged in the right account on all devices.
