My Question or Issue

 

Buenos días. Estoy intentando pagar el plan premium con Rapi pago desde el **bleep** online. No encuentro Spotify dentro de las empresas a las que realizar pagos. alguna ayuda?

Hey @Hanstoppen, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I hope you do not mind me replying in English.

I do see that Rapipay is a form of payment for your region. If you are trying to pay through Spotify, you can do so through here, or your account page. If you are trying to do this on the payment provider's website, I would recommend getting in touch with them as they may have more information as to why Spotify is not showing up on their end.

Hi, I was able to get Rapi Pago to function.  However, I had to generate a code and pay it at an office in Buenos Aires.  It was a difficult task and once paid, took about 24 hours for Spotify to recognize it.  Just wanted to let you know since neither Rapi Pago or Spotify will be of much help.  It does seem to have worked in the end.
