Assinei a conta premium, o valor veio na tarifa do cartão, porém não disponibilizou e eu continuo com conta a free. Como faço para cancelar??

If you've paid for Premium, but your account is still on Free, I suggest checking this support page. You can find some useful information there that could be related to your issue.

You can also try checking if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You could've upgraded the wrong account.
