Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

Buenos Días!!

Tengo problemas para pagar mi cuenta de Plan familiar Premium. Mi suscripción volvió a ser FREE sin mi   autorización ya intente actualizar mi tarjeta ya que no tengo problemas con ella marque al banco y me dijeron que esta bien, intente con otro navegador e inclusive con una ventana incógnita. Volví a contratar el plan familiar pero cuando le doy procesar pago me sale error! “No se pudo procesar pago, favor de hacerlo con otro método”

mi tarjeta es de débito y llevo ya más de un año con este servicio y no me había pasado anteriormente.
