Problems with premium account

Problems with premium account

Hello I have opened a premium account(with 3 months free trail) on the 5th of Septembre. After rebooting my telephone Yesterday I can not use my premium account anymore, only the free account. 

I have tried to open the account again, but then I recieve the message that my creditcard has been used already. 

My profile says that I am using a free account. 

Are there other people with the same problems?

If it says Free, could you try following some troubleshooting steps here?
