My Question or Issue

 

Hello,

 

The last month I upgraded my University account, so I supposed this month I actually should pay just a half of charge, but I was charged fully. 

 

Now, I had to put again my college information.

Prueba usando este sitio. Si lo validas, en tu pagina de suscripcion, el precio por pagar cambiara al precio de estudiante para tu proxima mensualidad.
