Promotions only for new users — what about loyal subscribers?

Hi,

I’ve been an active Spotify user for many years and I use the platform every day. I really enjoy the service, but I feel disappointed that most recent promotions are targeted only at new users or accounts that haven’t had Premium for a while.

Long-time Premium subscribers — the ones who keep the service running — are excluded from these offers, even though we’ve supported Spotify consistently. I understand that promotions are meant to attract new users, but it would be great to also reward loyal customers who have stayed with you over the years.

Are there any plans to include special discounts or benefits for long-term subscribers in the future?
It would be a nice way to show appreciation and strengthen user loyalty.
