Proplem with my subscription

Hi

20 days ago I bought Spotify premium from my phone's service provider, the problem is the credit have been deducted from my account, but I haven't got the subscription yet. I have tried deleting the app and installing it again and loging out of the app but nothing have worked, what I can do?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

I understand your concern. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to your service provider as they have access to your subscription info.
