Purchase premium with Visa Gift Card?

hello, so i want to repurchase spotify premium with a visa gift card, but i'm recieving an error message saying that my card provider is "having a bad day" and i cannot purchase premium. i have purchased premium in the past with a visa gift card and it has worked perfectly fine. i would also like to add that i registered my card today and i have checked that i have sufficient funds. could someone please help me out with this? thanks!

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
