Purchased a year subscription but won't log in??

Purchased a year subscription but won't log in??

I paid for a 1 year subscription to spotify on March 12th when it asked me to update my subscription, and then when i tried to log in, it kept popping up with a box asking me to update my payment method for the subscription, even though i already have the charge on my bank account for $128.27. How do i fix this?

Do you have the same issue if you log out and back in a few times? Also, make sure to check your Receipts tab to make sure the payment went through successfully.
