Using Spotify on Sonos & Phone at same time

My Question or Issue

I have the Premium subscription and use my spotify on my Sonos at home. If my partner works from home and uses the spotify on the Sonos and I am listening to spotify in the car it cuts out on both ends which means only one of us can use spotify. Is this correct for the Premium subscription as I thought 2 users could use spotify at the same time?

You can only play on one device at a time.

If you begin playing on another device, playback on the original device is paused.
