My Question or Issue

I recieved a 28 dollar POS charge on my account on November 1st. I have not recieved a reciept for this transaction nor was I informed about this charge. I don't know who to contact about this issue. Thanks for any help

I suggest checking with the payment type you have on file. They could potentially give you more information on the transaction or confirm if it seems suspicious/fraudulent. Spotify does send pay receipts to the account when billed, so if this is unexpected than it may not be valid.
