Unable to update payment method

I'm having the exact same problem.  Here's a screenshot.  There's no "Update" option next to the plan.  I've gone through every option under my account but it doesn't even show me my existing payment method nor does it give me a place to change it.

That's because you're a member of the Duo plan 🙂 Only the owner can update the payment method.
