My Question or Issue

I am listed as the plan manager.  We have 3 spots available for additional members to join.  When I send my husband the link to join it tells him he is the plan manager and already joined therefore he has not been able to join.

Thanks for reaching out.

If you’re using the same device, make sure the plan manager logs out before anyone opens an invite link. Invited members need to log in to (or sign up for) their own account to join.
