Reaccuring payment to one-time

I can’t update my payment method with my new card because it says it’s a reaccuring payment. I need to make it a one-time payment.

Hey @user-removed,

With Spotify Premium, you can't make once-off payments unless you purchase a month, then cancel the subscription or you purchase a Spotify Gift Card.

I have paid this way many times. But for some reason it’s not accepting my new prepaid card. I called the card company and it said that it was a reoccurring payment and I needed to switch to a one time payment. So I don’t have premium anymore because I don’t know how to do that

So you're new credit company doesn't accept reoccuring payments? Dang.

You might have to get in touch with Spotify Support about this one. They might be able to get something going from their end.

They'll get back to your shortly, and help work through some options! Make sure to keep an eye out for an email with the subject line "Spotify Case # XXXXXXXX". It might find its way into your Spam/Junk folders, so keep an eye in there as well!
