Decidí suscribirme a premium, elegí el método de pago oxxo, imprimí el papel, fui a pagar ese mismo día, esperé los 3 días y aún tengo el plan spotify free y no el plan spotify premium.
Envié un correo, me dieron algunas sugerencias ya realice varias, pero aún no tengo la cuenta premium

If you've made a payment but can't see your Premium features, take a look at this support article and go through the steps. For full info on OXXO you can visit this support page.
Since you've already reached out to support via email, it would be best to get back in touch with them with your payment receipt if you're still unable to activate Premium on your account and they'll have a look at it backstage.
