I received a message that you couldn't get my payment off my card. Can you tell me what the issue is?

Did you already have an active subscription before this, or are you trying to sign up? 

 

Also can you please confirm the following:

 

The first one is your subscription page, and I'm interested to know what it says about your subscription (Free or Premium): https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

 

The other link to check is your receipts panel. here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
