My Question or Issue

Hello,

When I try to redeem my code for a $10 Spotify card, it does not work. I recieve an error message that says the text given in the title. I don't understand why. I have tried redeeming on the chromebook and phone, using Incognito and not using Incognito. I am logged in while submittting the code, and the ZIP code and card code entered are both correct. I pass the security captcha each time. There is no solution I have found anywhere, except to wait 24 hours.
