Hi there, I had a problem with my payment, my credit card not working anymore but I have a new one, Spotify cancel my account and they didn’t recognise my name and sand me email with a link but I don’t have option to change card details. My last payment was 7 of March I sent before with details but they sent me email with the same link. I send now details on attachments with reference number for last payment Thanks anyway Vitor

Sorry to hear you're having an issue.

I would like to ask for some additional details, for example, how and were you able to log in to your account in the first place?

 

If you encounter any issues with that, you can try the steps here.

If that doesn't help please provide some screenshots of the error you're getting as they'll help me get quicker answers.

Note: Make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed in them.

 

In addition, i have to clear if you mean you're trying to reset their password? If so, Pllease use the steps here.

 

Let me know if you already tried steps  regarding payment details change here.

Any details over what happens when you do would be also very helpful to help troubleshoot what's happening.
