My Question or Issue

So, I switched countries but I bought my plan back in home country.

I still have 10 months on my plan left.

Do I need to pay again if I wanna switch country because I wanna listen to some German song and some other songs but they are blocked...

Could you make sure that your country settings are up to date? You can check to make sure following these steps.

But I still have premium membership left for maybe 9 months...

If I change my country, would I have to pay again right now for new membership?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

Don't worry, you won't get charged twice after updating the payment method to one available in your new country of residence. Once you've paid your subscription a month ahead, the system will recognize that you've paid and won't charge a second subscription fee by mistake.
