If I bought premium subscriptions in Poland and move to the UK.  Do i have to buy subcription in the UK?

No, you don't need to buy an extra subscription.

You will just need to change your country settings. Be sure to check this help site out for more details on how to change your country settings. ^^

Note: If you bought Gift Cards for Spotify,I recommend you to use them while you're being in Poland. They will not be redeemable in the UK.
