Rejecting a 3 month premium code

1. I was in media market (Electronics store) couple days ago and bought a controller with two codes for Spotify premium . After returning to home and trying to activate the Spotify premium using the code it said that the account has already used free Spotify premium which isn't true because I created the account a month ago and didn't activate the free Premium trial or anything .

Also I tried on another account and it didn't work , it said the same thing , the free Premium trial has been already used on this account and can't be used another time . Please help me and I'm sorry for my bad English

Premium offers are typically available if you haven’t tried Premium in the past. This also means using the same payment card for any of Spotify’s services in the past - that would consider you as using Premium before. There’s more information on free trials here.

I have a code from Trainline that should allow me 3 months free but Spotify won't allow it for some reason and the run out date isn't until January 2026?? Why not
