Dear Spotify Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request your assistance with an issue regarding my payment information. Recently, I mistakenly added my payment method (credit/debit card) to a Spotify account that I do not have access to. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to that account to remove my card or cancel the subscription.
Could you please help me remove my payment information from this account? I am concerned that charges will continue to be made against my card each month, and I would like to stop any future payments as soon as possible.
