Hello,

 

Please refund the money you deducted from my account. I intended to cancel my subscription earlier, but you charged me before I had the chance to do so.

Spotify recommends canceling your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date, as the charge may have started processing after that timeframe. Iโ€™d recommend canceling your subscription following these steps

 

I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
