Spotify recommends canceling your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date, as the charge may have started processing after that timeframe. I’d recommend canceling your subscription following these steps.
I also understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting the support folks backstage here.
Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.

Today I got charged notice a hour or 2 after receiving bank notication of s transaction, I currently have a gofundme because of been cut off power over almost 2 monthd now, I have health disabilities and you guys touched that money, I wish before hand forced to wait for bank deal with this, for u guys fo what its right, I have not used the service if any during this entire month for obvious reasons, I cancelled subscription and subscription was renewed today, so that time frame and customer support says no?
