I paid via UPI for 1 month plan the money has been deducted from my account but my account is not yet upgraded. I received failed transaction error on payment gateway.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Would you mind checking your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if your payment has gone through successfully.
If you don't see any payments there, it means that it haven't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive the money back in a few days.
If the payment has gone through successfully it's possible that you've logged in to a different account and that's why you don't see your subscription. You can check this FAQ out to know if you have more than one account.

paid one month premium through Google pay recently, but my Spotify account is saying the payment was failed but cash from my account is gone
Hallo, I made a payment to renew my subscription online through my MPESA account on 11th October 2025. The money was deducted from my MPESA account but the payment was not acknowledged by Spotify, even by email, and I still don't have premium services. The status in my order history on your website says "Awaiting payment."

If you've not already done so, make sure to check out the suggested steps by @Eni in this earlier post.
As mentioned, if you don't see payments on the Receipts page, it means that the purchase hasn't gone through successfully on Spotify's end and you should receive the money back in a few days.
If you're having issues paying via M-Pesa as the user @Owinosilas mentioned, you could try subscribing once again in an incognito-window on your browser. However, if it's still not working, consider also reaching out to the payment provider to ensure everything's in order from their end.
