My Question or Issue

Geachte,

 

Ik was reeds jarenlang abonnee op SPOTIFY.
Ik wens nog steeds een abonnement SPOTIFY PREMIUM.
Ik heb reeds op 28 nov. 2022 met mijn bankkaart €9,99  betaald, maar heb nog steeds geen  aansluiting.

 

Ik kreeg wel volgende negatieve opmerking:
“Je komt helaas niet in aanmerking voor dit abonnement. Hier zijn een aantal andere manieren om Premium te krijgen.”

 

Wat loopt er fout?

If you've already paid for Premium but can't see your Premium features, we'd suggest checking out this article on the subject. If you're still having issues after trying all the suggestions posted there, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
