Windows 10, Android 8.0

 

My Question or Issue

I installed the app on my phone today, signed up using Facebook, and it gave me the offer of 60 days free trial of premium. So I signed up and it went through... But then... Both Spotify and PayPal sent confirmation emails/receipts but the PayPal website doesn't show the payment and Spotify both online and on the phone thinks I'm on a free account. But when I try to sign up for Premium it says I've already applied for the free trial and can't get premium... So... I dunno what to do. Help?

I'm so sorry to hear this. Spotify is currently looking into this, and you can check this thread for more info on this. It is also important to click +VOTE option since you are experiencing this.
