Signed up for premium student and not getting the three months for 0,99 cents

I just signed up for spotify premium and was thinking that I get the three months for 0,99 cents naturally.  But I just received the bill for the first months for 4,99 (student). 

Does anyone know what I did wrong there?

Hey @Louisa2008,

These offers (e.g. Student Discount) cannot be redeemed with any other offer (e.g. 0.99 offer).

That's the reason you didn't receive the 0.99 offer. You should've claimed the 0.99 offer first and then upgraded to the Student Discount 🙂
