Signed up to Duo but we are not able to play two songs at the same time

Duo isn't working - we have done all the steps and it told us it was a success but it doesn't work

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend double-checking that you're logged into your own Spotify accounts (instead of the same one).

 

If you're using the Spotity mobile app, for example, you can open it, go into Settings and click on Account. It should show you the account's username there.
