If the student discount has been applied to your account and you're already paying at the discounted rate, you'll be able to link your Spotify account to Hulu with the steps you'll find on this page.

I has having trouble finding this as well. Realized I had to click the hulu banner at the top and go through get started again and there it asked me to activate hulu.

I have the same issue as the above, I have completed every step of the link you sent but when it tells me to go to my "account overview" and click "activate hulu" this option mentioned is nowhere to be found and there is no solution at all for this via the support page, is there anyway one can get live support from spotify

That page doesn’t help because the link I’m supposed to click isn’t anywhere on my account page even though that same page confirms I have Spotify student.

I contacted Hulu and they solved this for me! It turns out in my case, the option to activate Hulu didn't come up because my Student status on spotify wouldn't be active till the next billing cycle. So in the case of the image you showed, it says that your account will renew on March 22, so you just need to wait until then to actually be student status and link with hulu.
