My Question or Issue

 Hi, I'm a premium user on a family account. We have been really happy with spotify services, but we have noticed on all joined accounts that even though we don't listen to certain artists (Drake as an example) we have been getting spammed by his new release for the last week. As premium users we are expecting the service and recommendations according to the styles we like; therefore we expect the refund of this months payment and that this unwanted spamm stops. If not, we will consider changing to some other streaming services where quality service is ensured.

Spotify were celebrating Drake's new album and his spot as most streamed artist in the world. However, the Browse section and Playlists in your account should be back to normal by now.

 

We’re always trying new and interesting ways to work with our artists, and we really do value your feedback as it helps inform our decisions going forward.
