I have pre-paid for 12 months but I still get an error message that I need to update the payment plan or my offline content willl dissapear. Do not reply that I should log off/log in. Just fix the issue for my account. TODAY

Hey @CASJ8671, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, we'd like you to check if the payment was successfully posted in your account by logging in here (you'll be redirected to your account's receipt page).

 

If the payment does not show up in there, there are 2 possible scenarios for this:

 

  1. Your payment was not processed successfully. In this case, we'd like you to check with your bank the status of the transaction for the payment you mentioned. If it shows pending, the transaction will expire and the funds will go back to your card.
  2. Your payment was processed on a different account. It's possible that you have more than one account and the payment was processed in the wrong one by mistake. In this case, we'd like you to open this article for you to check if you have more than one account.

If the payment is posted on your Spotify account's receipt page, there should be no problem for you to continue the subscription. In that case, we'd like you to log out from your account > Restart your device > access one more time.
