Spotify Connect - Multiple Speakers/Devices

I have been trying to sign up for spotify premium student for a week now and it can never verify my student info even though my university is under the credible list. It has also taken out 6 paymens of $5.29 as "pending" even though I can't be verified as a student and can't use premium. I would like to know if my charges will be refunded or if I'll ever be able to use premium.
